How do I cancel my membership and stop being billed?
You can visit our credit card processor's web site (CCBill.com) and cancel
your subscription at any time. Alternatively, you can email support@vivthomasvideo.com
with your subscription details.
How often do you update?
We update every day: adding a photo set a day and at least two movie scenes a week!
Why can't I get the movie clips to work?
There are two types of movie on the site: Streaming clips in Windows Media ("wmv") format and
downloads also in downloads in Windows Media ("wmv") format. It is best to update your Windows Media Player. If you are using Firefox, it may be worth installing the Windows Media Player plug-in. If you continue to have difficulties please email support@vivthomasvideo.com for further assistance.
